Founded in 2002 by our medical director, Dr. William Graber, our Bariatric Surgery Program now performs over 60 procedures a month and is a designated Center of Excellence by the American Society for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery (ASMBS). All participating surgeons are board certified with privileges to practice at Faxton-St. Luke's Healthcare facilities.

The Bariatric Surgery Center is located in central New York state at our St. Luke’s Campus in Utica, NY. It is easily accessible by the New York State Thruway.
